Your order is important to us and making sure it arrives where and when it is supposed to is a commitment we take seriously. No one likes to wait too long after placing their order, so here is all you need to know about our shipping times, costs and tracking your order.
We only ship items twice per week, this is on a Tuesday or a Thursday. If the items you have ordered are in stock then your order will be shipped on the closest day following your order placement. For example if you place your order Tuesday it will ship Thursday. Delivery is within 2 working day but for rural delivery add a further two days.
Our products are shipped out at the lowest rates possible but rural delivery will carry an extra cost, shipments to islands such as Waiheke and Stewart Island are extra – these are price on application. Standard freight costs work out roughly 2.5% of the order value.
You will receive an email notification of when this is shipped to you. This email will include your consignment number and a contact number for you to call. Because items of furniture are large items it is recommended that you make contact with the transport company and make suitable arrangements.
